LEAP 3.0 equips participants with practical tools, real-world insights, and hands-on experiences to help them lead with confidence- both within Toastmasters and beyond.
Rooted in the values of personal growth and service leadership, this program is designed for members who are ready to take their first bold steps toward higher leadership roles.
The program culminates in a two-month Capstone Project, where participants apply their learning in a real-world leadership initiative- bringing together insights, action, and impact.

2. Active Toastmasters member with at least 6 months of membership
3. Served or Currently Serving in an executive committee role preferably President, Vice President Education and Vice President Membership
4. Completed minimum 1 level in Pathways.
Ability to attend 80% of live sessions and complete assignments
1. Reliable internet connection and commitment to full participation
2. Comfortable using Computers
3. Must able to read, write and communicate in English.
